Our restorative yoga series consists of powerful, yet fully supported, passive yoga poses designed to promote stillness and tranquility. Through the use of blankets and bolsters, one experiences the yoga postures as profoundly relaxing and deeply rejuvenating. It is this utter surrender of all efforts that unlocks the body's built-in healing energy.
Spring Cleaning Restorative
The Spring Equinox is an auspicious time for beginnings and a time for renewal, both in nature and in the home.
